The California Alliance for Jobs partners with homebuilders to achieve public and government agency approval for selected residential developments that will help meet California's housing needs.

The Alliance gives a boost to these projects by producing and distributing support materials, interacting with the media on behalf of proposed developments, serving on business and stakeholder task forces, speaking before elected bodies and civic groups. The Alliance has also been engaged in housing- and growth-related ballot measure campaigns.

Among the projects:

  • Bickford Ranch in Placer County
  • Blue Rock Country Club in Alameda County
  • Gale Ranch in Contra Costa County
  • Leona Quarry in Oakland
  • The Landing at Jack London Square in Oakland
  • Land-use initiatives in Sonoma and Alameda counties.

To contact the Alliance, please call 925-521-9791 or email info@rebuildca.org.
