| ENGINEERING & UTILITY CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION EUCA represents more than 200 union-affiliated engineering and utility contractors with a combined project portfolio of more than $5 billion annually. Most EUCA members are underground and utility contractors; the rest are grading, paving, transportation and general contractors. EUCA also represents nearly 200 associate suppliers, legal and financial professionals, engineering and design firms. EUCA´s services include legislative advocacy, safety and risk management programs, education and training, and labor representation. EUCA produces several publications covering the trends and policies affecting its members. EUCA committees provide industry input to developers and governmental agencies in the area of specifications, affirmative action, safety, insurance, training, transportation and legislative affairs.
